Zeena Majali, in 2007 started her entrepreneurial journey by co-founding Crystel, the first independent multilingual outsourcing contact center in Jordan. In 2020, Zeena co-founded “Xina AI,” the first of its kind company in the Middle East with a vision to steer head the transformation of customer experience in the Middle East by creating ground-breaking artificial intelligence technologies. She is also an angel investor whose interest is to invest in various service-tech and deep-tech AI businesses.
Zeena obtained her Master of Science degree in Applied Communication Research from Boston University and worked in the fields of market research and advertising both in Jordan and the US.
Zeena served as Vice Chairman of the Board of the Information Technology Association of Jordan and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Amman Baccalaureate School and on the Board of Trustees of the German Jordanian University. She was selected in 2011 as the first Jordanian female to join the global Endeavor Network. In 2021, and on behalf of Crystel, Zeena was presented with the “World Bank Award for Drive and Innovation” by the President of the World Bank.
