Veronica Chou

Founder & CEO, Everybody & Everyone

Veronica splits her time between London, New York and Hong Kong— and her ascent as a power player on the global stage could be attributed to her following in her father Silas Chou’s footsteps. Silas, the billionaire textile and fashion tycoon, was an early investor in US fashion brands Tommy Hilfiger and Michael Kors, and helped take both businesses public.

Veronica successfully sold her business, Iconix China, which introduced various US fashion brands like Badgley Mischka and Candie’s to Mainland China. Her focus is now on Karl Lagerfeld, the eponymous label of the late Chanel creative director, and she’s also invested in various fashion-focused startups.

In 2019, she also launched Everybody & Everyone, a sustainable, all-inclusive women's fashion brand, which sells women's clothes in sizes from 00 to 24 with versatile styles that can be worn multiple ways.

Everybody & Everyone was founded by a woman – a mother, businesswoman, sister, and friend – who wanted to be able to answer the question: "Can I make great clothes that work harder for me and are better for the planet?"
And so Everybody & Everyone was born: to provide elevated, everyday essentials that are made with environmentally friendly materials and processes.
