Siu Mun Li is a multi-award-winning construction leader and Director of Constructing Siu-lutions Ltd, a consultancy specialising in Preconstruction, Buildability, Methodology, Problem Solving, Temporary Works expertise and industry training. With over two decades of experience shaping major UK infrastructure and commercial projects, Siu brings deep technical insight and practical site experience to complex delivery challenges.

Recognised as the Most Influential Woman in Construction 2023/24, she has held senior engineering roles on landmark projects such as HS1, Stratford Olympic Park Bridges, Crossrail and high-rise developments across the UK.
Siu is also a Director of the UK Temporary Works Forum and committee member of the IOSH Construction Group contributing to national industry guidance, advocating for best practice, safety and professional excellence.

A passionate advocate for skills development, diversity and inclusion, Siu has recently joined the advisory board of We Job Box and regularly mentors emerging talent, speaks at industry events, and collaborates with academic and professional bodies to bridge the gap between education and contemporary construction practice.
