Shawn Ruggeiro is an experienced senior executive in the non-profit sector, with a passion for the well-being of women and girls.  She works currently with the Just Like My Child Foundation, as Director of Mission working with vulnerable adolescent girls in central Uganda.  Previously, she was Executive Director for the International Folk Art Alliance in Santa Fe, NM and before that on staff with Project Concern International (PCI), a leading health and development organization.  She is a current EMBA degree candidate at the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and Lady Margaret Hall.
