Naseem Lahri is a well-rounded accomplished professional accountant with 21 years' experience, with more than 17 years' experience in the mining industry with a Masters in Strategic Management (BCOM, FCCA), including 10 years within Corporate Finance at Debswana at a senior management level. She has participated in large scale strategic projects such as Morupule expansion, Orapa Turbines, Secure transfer facility, Cut 8 and the Shared Services implementation.

Naseem has served as a board member in the Debswana Pension Fund, Botswana Accountancy College and Pula Medical Aid, and has been recently appointed as a board member at First National Bank Botswana rated the best bank in the country.
