Heather Brooke is a campaigning journalist and writer with dual US/UK citizenship living in London. She is the author of The Revolution Will be Digitised. She is professor of journalism at City University and a visiting lecturer in contemporary history at University East Anglia. She is a former member of the Royal United Services Institute independent surveillance review panel.
