Fang-Jui Chang is a consultant at Public Digital Innovation Space working on collaborative governance through policy and service co-design.

 

She is also a strategic designer at Dark Matter Labs dealing with collaborative systems change. Besides, Fang has run courses at democracy and public service innovation related events in Asia, Europe, and North America. The main body of her work focuses on digital democracy, public service innovation, citizen engagement, collaborative policy and rule making.
