Cornelia took the initiative to start a community outreach program within Amazon Web Services (AWS), the cloud computing part of Amazon.

 

Over the past two years, she has grown it to a team of six across the organization and created a global outreach program to schools, girls who code, family tech days, and community outreach programs globally, on four continents and multiple countries.
