Esther Mark is Programme Director Consultant at Debate Mate. She has been involved with Debate Mate in various capacities since 2011 when she participated in the programme whilst in secondary school, training and competing as a competitive debater at a national level.

 

She went on to complete her undergraduate degree in English Literature and Philosophy and her Msc in Global Health and Social Justice whilst acquiring a wealth of experience in health, well-being and education by working with numerous charities and vulnerable people in her local community.

 

Deeply passionate about social mobility, social justice and health, Esther is also the founder and owner of FILL Bakery and  believes in the power of social enterprise in driving change by putting purpose over profit.
